Babies

With the pressures of modern life, we know it can be a big step, but often an unavoidable one, to put your baby into nursery.

That’s why we’ve created a calm and secure environment with very experienced and well-qualified staff to make sure babies are nurtured and well-cared for. There’s plenty of settling in time, as required, by both the baby and the parents and we make sure individual routines for each baby are followed through ongoing consultation with parents.

In 2022 a brand new baby room was built; this provides babies with a large beautiful environment in which to play, learn, explore, eat and sleep. Their garden is easily accessible at all times throughout the year where sand and water is freely available to explore (in addition to other resources). The babies at Nurtured Nursery have a nursery gym where they can practice their skills going up and down steps and a ramp. They have a sleep area just for them and a quiet reading area. Plus we make sure they get plenty of stories, singing, dancing, sensory play, painting and outdoor play.
